Q. Where are Appalachian Gold items made?

A. Our gear is sourced and manufactured from various parts of the world but we do all of our printing and production here in the USA.

Q. How long does production and shipping take?

A. The estimated time takes us between 2-3 weeks to produce, quality check, and ship your order to you. This is just an estimate and not a guarantee due to various factors. We use USPS Priority Mail and sometimes the shipping times may vary. Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

Q. Where is my order, it says it hasn’t been shipped yet?

A. We always work as fast as we can to get your new Appalachian Gold gear to you. Sometimes production and time may vary depending on high volume orders. We aren’t perfect and sometimes we run into issues with product stock or printing and production. We do our best to resolve these problems so we can complete the order.

Q. What do I do if my shipment was lost or arrived damaged?

A. If you notice that your order was lost or damaged during the shipping process, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
